Who is Austan Group?
Austan Group LLC is a Wyoming-registered, remote-first ecommerce growth and digital marketing agency. We help founders and brands launch online stores, build white label and private label brands, and grow with paid ads, SEO, AI-search optimization, email marketing and lead generation.
I have zero ecommerce experience. Can you still help?
Yes. Our Launch package is designed for first-time founders. We do the technical work, explain each decision in plain English, and support you after launch so you understand how to run the store.
How do I start working with you?
Book a free 30-minute strategy call through our contact page or message us on WhatsApp. We will review your goals and recommend the right package or service.
Do you sell courses or templates?
No. We provide done-with-you services: research, building, account setup, tracking and ad launch, plus hands-on support.
Services & delivery
How long does it take to launch a store?
The Launch package is typically delivered in 7–10 business days, Growth in 14–21 business days and Scale in 21–30 business days. Platform approvals and supplier sampling can add time.
Which platforms do you work with?
We mainly build on Shopify and WooCommerce, and run campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) and TikTok. For email we use Klaviyo or Omnisend.
What is the difference between white label and private label?
White label means selling an existing, generic product under your brand with minimal changes. Private label means a product manufactured to your own specifications and sold exclusively under your brand. Read our full guide.
Do you offer SEO and AI search optimization?
Yes. We optimize for traditional search engines and for AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini and Perplexity using structured data, entity-focused content and technical SEO.
Can you generate leads for my service business?
Yes. We build lead generation systems for clinics, real estate, home services, B2B and professional services, including campaigns, landing pages, qualification and CRM or WhatsApp delivery.
Pricing & payments
How much do your packages cost?
Launch is $200 (about €185), Growth is $800 (about €740) and Scale is $1,500 (about €1,390). These are one-time setup fees. See the pricing page for details.
Is ad spend included in the package price?
No. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platform. We recommend a starting test budget during your strategy call.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept international bank transfer, card payments and other methods confirmed on your invoice. Payment terms are agreed in writing before work starts.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, under the conditions in our Refund Policy. In short, unused work can be refunded before delivery begins, and partial refunds are considered for undelivered milestones.
Results & ownership
Do you guarantee sales or profits?
No honest agency can guarantee sales. Results depend on your product, budget, market and many factors outside our control. We guarantee the agreed deliverables, quality work and transparent reporting.
Who owns the store and accounts?
You do. The store, domain, ad accounts, pixels, email lists, brand files and creatives are created in your name or transferred to you.
Do you work with clients outside the US?
Yes. We work with clients across North America, Europe, the UK, the Gulf region, Asia-Pacific and other markets, fully online.
How do you communicate during a project?
Through email, WhatsApp and scheduled video calls. You receive written updates at each milestone and a handover document at the end.
